Most orders shipped within 48 hours.

Packages shipped via UPS or Priority Mail. A street address is required for UPS deliveries (PO Box not accepted). We charge the actual shipping fee and any insurance fees, plus an additional $3.00 handling fee per order. Back orders will be charged shipping.

Damaged Items: If a package should arrive damaged, keep original box and all packing materials. Contact NEK BASKET SUPPLY immediately.

Returns: All returns must be authorized by NEK BASKET SUPPLY. When returning items, please enclose invoice. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless items were damaged or sent in error. No returns after 15 days. Any shortages should be reported immediately.

ORDERS: May be placed by telephone during business hours. Once a credit card is on file at NEK BASKET SUPPLY, orders may be placed after normal business hours using our answering machine at 1-802-626-8661 or by e-mail at nekbasketsupply@charter.net. Backorders: Items not in stock will be backordered unless customer specifies otherwise.
